Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all E M M A tags attached. Please ensure garments are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Ship the Items
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
